Puppy Agility
Agility is a super fun and exciting activity for both dog and handler. It can also be a wonderful way to help a dog build confidence and further deepen the bond a dog has with their person.
In this course, we will illustrate how you can introduce your puppy to the overall concept of agility in a low-impact and safe way, thus allowing you to enjoy all the benefits of the activity without putting undue stress onto your puppy's young developing body.
Course Details
Helping puppies learn where to mindfully place their feet and their bodies is a great skill for them to learn. Likewise, having them see a variety of different obstacles and surfaces is an ideal way to improve their confidence.
In this course, we will outline how you can introduce low-impact obstacles such a flat jumps, tunnels and ground-level pause tables, to help your puppy develop their proprioception and build their overall confidence.
All of the exercises will be broken down into small pieces with fun and engaging games to keep the puppy interested and taking into account their young age, short attention span and developing body and mind.
